We have two convenient locations: Vienna, VA and Annandale, VA - adjacent to INOVA Fairfax hospital.

Care During Coronavirus

With the emergence of COVID-19 (coronavirus), we understand that many people have concerns. Rest assured that the health and wellness of our staff and patients is our highest priority. As you may experience at any medical facility, all Ascend staff and patients are required to wear a face mask while inside the clinic.

If you are a current patient and are experiencing symptoms such as fever, dry cough and difficulty breathing, we ask that you contact our clinic by PHONE and reschedule your appointment. As always, we are waiving any cancelation fees for illness-related cancelations.
